General turn around times

If at first our turn around times seem a bit long, but please remember all of the cleaning and repair work is done by hand. We would rather take the necessary time to ensure that your rug gets the proper personal attention that we have built our reputation on than hurry through the process.

For our standard cleaning, the current turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

For our urine wash (FAKO or BAKO), the current turn around time is approximately 4-6 weeks

Repair adds additional time and varies depending on the extent of the repair. Currently we are running 8-10 weeks. Larger projects may take longer.

2025 Holiday Deadlines
The holidays are our busiest time of year and so our turnaround times always increase to accommodate the increase in volume. Each year we provide advance notice of our expected turnaround times based on current and past volumes. We make every effort to communicate this information in a timely manner so that our customer’s can plan accordingly and pride ourselves on meeting these deadlines. Please be assured that you will be notified as soon as your rugs are ready!

Repair:
To be guaranteed to have them returned by Thanksgiving, rugs need to be at our location no later than September 3rd.

To be guaranteed to have them returned by the December holidays, rugs need to be at our location no later than September 30th
