General turn around times

If at first our turn around times seem a bit long, but please remember all of the cleaning and repair work is done by hand. We would rather take the necessary time to ensure that your rug gets the proper personal attention that we have built our reputation on than hurry through the process.

For our standard cleaning, the current turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

For our urine wash (FAKO or BAKO), the current turn around time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Repair adds additional time and varies depending on the extent of the repair. Currently we are running 4-6 weeks. Larger projects may take longer. Please be advised, the turnaround time for repair begins on the date of approval.
