The holidays are closer than they appear!

With our current turn around times, we want to ensure that your rug is in proper shape this holiday season. Whether you’re hosting or just want that extra touch of holiday magic, we recommend dropping off in store or scheduling a pick up no later than our deadlines, outlined below.

General turn around times

If at first our turn around times seem a bit long, but please remember all of the cleaning and repair work is done by hand. We would rather take the necessary time to ensure that your rug gets the proper personal attention that we have built our reputation on than hurry through the process.

For our standard cleaning, the current turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

The current turn around time for cleanings requiring either of our pet treatments (FAKO / BAKO) is approximately 4-6 weeks.

Repair adds additional time and varies depending on the extent of the repair. Currently we are running 2-2.5 months. Larger projects may take longer. Please be advised, the turnaround time for repair begins on the date of approval.
