General turn around time

If at first our turn around times seem a bit long, but please remember all of the cleaning and repair work is done by hand. We would rather take the necessary time to ensure that your rug gets the proper personal attention that we have built our reputation on than hurry through the process.

For our standard cleaning, the current turn around time is approximately 2-3 weeks.

SPECIAL NOTE: Now is the time to begin thinking about the holidays! 

For rugs needing only the standard cleaning, they must be at the shop no later than the following dates:
*to be guaranteed back for Christmas: in by 12/02/24

For our urine wash (FAKO or BAKO), the current turn around time is approximately 4-6 weeks.

For rugs requiring a urine wash, they must be at the shop no later than the following dates:
*to be guaranteed back for Christmas: in by 11/12/24

Repair adds additional time and varies depending on the extent of the repair. Currently we are running 6-8 weeks. Larger projects may take longer. Be advised this now means that we cannot guarantee repair rugs back for Christmas.
